So I'm not sure if I have insomnia. Really, I just can't sleep. I never feel rested in the morning. My mind races all night and I probably wake up about 10 times.
I hate going to bed because it's always such a crappy sleep and it means I just have to get up the next day still tired. It's a hassel.
Even when I do finally fall asleep my dreams are always crazy. Nightmares, really. And it seems like all I do all night is dream- no sleep that is just sleep w/o craziness running through my mind.
Does anyone have any suggestions or tips that have worked for them?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Sleep deprivation, they argue, can also lead to a difficult dream experience each night.
