However, I tried this one Bedtime Tea by Yogi. Had it a couple times...knocked me right out. The first time I had it...slept for nearly 12 hours...so I made sure to have it when I was going to have a day off. It helped me sleep....and STAY asleep. I woke up feeling better.
You should try it and see how it works for you. Nothing helped me...but this did.
