Has anyone fully recovered from at least 2 years of insomnia and no longer uses any medication/s? I've suffered for almost 2 years and currently taking medication and I wonder if full recovery from chronic insomnia is possible because the pills are kinda pricey and I would soon build tolerance to it and it's not gonna work anymore. I know I'm being ungrateful for having found a medication that's working for me when there are many out there who are still not sleeping well but I just wanna be assured that this is gonna end.
