Does anyone have any tips on falling asleep without the use of meds (prescription and otc)? I have tried several otc meds and they haven't worked. I have 2 children, so I am afraid of taking a prescription sleep aid. I worry that the baby will cry in the middle of the night and I'll sleep right through it. I am willing to try anything- I have been up until 2 or 3 in the morning for the past 2 weeks, and I am EXHAUSTED.
