same time each night. At 2:15 I wake up and I can't go back to sleep. Does no matter when I go to bed I will fall asleep around 11:30 then I'm awake at 2:15. This will go on for about 2 weeks until I fall out usually on a Sunday afternoon wake up at 2:15 and start the cycle over.

Same thing used to happen to me. I always used to wake up at 4:17 and no matter what I tried I could not go back to sleep! Good Luck

Something is bugging your brain. Have you tried any kind of sleeping meds? OTC, herbal, or Rx?

I can stay awake for up to three days straight then I sleep through for a day sometimes. It's either no sleep or all sleep.

I do take rozerum. I still have not seen that beaver or Ol' Abe.

I am on Ambien and all it does is gives me a buzz feeling and if it does put me asleep then I don't stay asleep. Any suggestions?

What happens before you wake? For me, it always bad dreams that wake me. You can almost set a clock by my wake ups each day.

I'd recommend Passionflower. If you get a good extract it might help you stay asleep at night. Slows the brain's activity.

Same with me. It used to be around 4am and then I would worry about everything -primarily being awake when I was tired and had to get up for work. Started taking ativan and it helped but now I need to increase the dosage and don't have dr.support so here I am at 3:49. am

I get it. 2:30 is my time. Usually wake up after some weird anxiety type dream (like I am teetering on a ladder or something totaly nervewracking). I take Ativan to go back and that is how I live my life. Couldn't get through w/o sedatives, pretty sad. I don't drink, I don't touch caffeine, I eat healthy and all that and still can't sleep so have to take sedatives, ain't that a bitch? I feel for ya...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
