I have a job that sometimes I have to be up for 24-36 hours sometimes longer. All the time it's like I have a second or third wind and I am wide awake. When I come down I just crash and sleep for like 13 or so hours. I have a week off a month and during that week I cannot sleep right I still will stay up for a day or two sometimes like I don't get tired and nothing works 100% of the time, anyone got any ideas?
