My partner hasnt slept at night now for months and having to have the tv on and lights is destroying my sleep too. Just wondered how the partners of others with sleep problems deal with it. Also my partner is reluctant to use her meds for fear/paranoia that they will instantly turn her into an addict. With the meds she sleeps well but wont use them to try and get herself into a routine of sleeping at night because of these fears of addiction. Instead cat naps throughout the day suffice and its back to the usual at bed time. Help im at my wits end, please.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
