i am so down rite now...if u have seen my other posts u will kno y..
last nite i went to bed at 5.30am,i dozed off for about 20minutes and in that time i had terrible nitemare about the painful situation that is going on with me at present
i cnt evn escape it in my dreams
i need something to help me,i cannot get med frm the doctor as they cost me and i dnt have enuff money,also they onli gv me 4 at a time so i have to go everyother day to collect them as they dont 'trust' me
help?!

Walmart and HEB now have a $5 RX list that you can ask them about. I had my Dr change my meds to something on the list that I can take so now I only pay $5. Try drinking some herbal teas, get the ones that contain lemon balm, valerian root and chamomile

i know eactly how u feel that when u do sleep u cant even escape,ive been having bad nightmares too when i do manage to get a little sleep. Can u not try any herbal remedies or have u tried?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
