At this time of night I get nervous about going to bed. I find myself putting it off, dicking around, doing htings like joining insomnia support groups, anything to put off the moment of truth when I crawl into bed and my mind either races or it doesn't. A night when I can't sleep is just the awfulest thing, and I can't seem to predict when I'll sleep and when I won't. Or the worst- fake out sleep where you wake up in the early hours and can't drift off again. Twice last week I went jogging at four in the morning because I was just so tired and miserable and frustrated. Do any of you have any positive thinking routines?
