I have been having sleep problems for the past couple of months. I keep on waking up every hour on the hour. I can't get a full nights rest. I am tired yet awake all the time. When my alarm clock rings I feel sluggish & unable to move. At work all I can think about is sleep & when I get home I can't seem to shut my eyes.
How is it possible to feel drained but unable to rest?

Try Passionflower extract and some Melatonin. See if that helps first.

I have been able to get some much needed rest over the past couple of days but find myself up & unable to go back to sleep on days that I am not committed to waking up early. Maybe I am just a night person at heart. Is there such a thing?
