The OW's husband emailed me last night and asked me if we would consider testifying against OW, via telephone, in their alimony/child support case next month. Of course my husband, true to form, said he didn't want any part of it. Not sure how I feel about that but anyway, I said I would. I have knowledge that she lied about her living arrangements and she was the one supporting the affair financially, the entire time they were together. She is trying to escape paying child support(current and back child support) for the daughter she abandoned and she is asking for alimony. She's apparently lied to the courts and stated she had to move here for work.. A big fat lie. She moved here to help destroy my marriage. So do you guys think I'm wrong for saying I'd testify? My hubby seems to think I'm sticking my neck out when I don't need to. I think he's being a coward by not doing the right thing. Any opinions?
