Ok ladies, most of you know by now that I am an oncology social worker. I cannot tell you how many women under the age of 40 we have had who were diagnosed with breast cancer. I am due for my yearly mammo. I hate having to get them, not because they hurt. It's really no big deal, but I feel like I cannot breathe until I hear the "all clear." I just made my appoint for my yearly mammogram and I am taking this opportunity to remind you that, if you haven't already done so, it's time to schedule your yearly screening mammograms ladies!!! Ok, that was my public service announcement for the day :).

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
