All of a sudden my husband wants to do a new will. I asked him why and he said things change from a buerocratic standpoint and our old one may no longer be valid. I think a will could have been written 50 years ago and it would still be in effect. I asked him what he wanted to change and he said if he died and I sold our house, he wanted to his kids (my stepkids)to have 50% of the proceeds of the sale. I told him that was not reasonable as I might need the money to live on and they would get it in the end anyway. I find this very odd and wonder what he is thinking. I'm surprised he did not want to leave some to the other women! We are no where near gettining over his infidelity. Serial cheater for years.
