I started the day with a really good out look but then negative thought just seem to creep into my mind and it makes me loose some of the positive I have been working so hard to get. I get discouraged with myself because we had this amazing talk last night and I want to think everything is great but then I talk to him at lunch and he seems distracted and fear comes and I start to annalize everything and get totally freaked out. I am a messed up person or is this normal.
