My Fsh is 35, I was told thats high, but my fertitlity doctor also said we are going ahead with IVF.PGD, just the chances are not so great.

I am not really sure with the whole FSH think, I believe my doctor wants it 10 or below..mine was a 7 and a 5 on the chlomid challange test, but that was last March/April..I am sure it is higher now. I have seen other ppl. with much higher FSH...i am curios as well! Best of Luck to You.

I think if your FSH is higher, it means your egg reserve is kind of low. You just may not produce as many eggs for the IVF. I think as long as you have 4 (I believe some clinics want that as a minimum for IVF), you should be good to go!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
