Wow... After 20 months of trying and crying... we got our BFP on Monday!!
The "ironic" part is, this month was a "forced break" for DH and I as the clomid had grew some monster cysts on my ovaries. My MD wanted to put me on BCP but I refused-I wanted my body to deal with the cysts naturally. She warned me "you have a very slim chance of conceiving this month, and the cysts could continue to grow or burst. But it's your choice." We chose to go natural.... and we didn't do anything-no temps, no OPK's, I didn't even try to time the BD'ing for when I "thought" might be right because of our "slim chance"... we just "let it be" and had fun. Now I have BECOME the statement that I hated to hear the MOST: "Stop trying so hard and it will happen!" I know that so much more played into this than just "not trying", but the ignorant "fertile" group will still believe their statements. :)
I hope everyone on DS knows how important this group of people is. There were days where I was so down and I could come here and get a kind word from a person I've never seen face to face. This community makes the horrible world of infertility bearable, and I will always feel blessed to have you all.
Let's keep this BFP ball rolling!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
best of luck xoxo
