I just read on another post that Mint Tea is bad while TTC and pregnancy. Does anyone else know of any other teas that are good or bad to drink while TTC?
My RE said the benefits of green tea outweigh the caffeine issue. I've been drinking decaf green tea but a couple of the ones I bought have mint! Another I bought has raspberry which I heard is good for strengthening the uterine lining.
Also - is anyone out there avoiding warm drinks? That is another thing I saw in the other post - to avoid warming the abdomen. Wouldn't warm food do the same though?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
