Hi - Just wondering if it's normal to have a little bit of blood come out after injecting meds and removing the needle.
Thanks!

It's not uncommon. Sometimes, you hit a capilary which causes a little bleeding. If it continues to happen, I recommend you talk to your doctor or nurse. Don't worry, it shouldn't hurt you in any way. Good luck with those injections...they can be frustratingly annoying. Blessings to you.

I had some blood on several occasions. I asked my RE and he said it was ok not too much to worry about.

I had it happen a few times. Are you taking Baby Aspirin? I had blood much more often while taking the BA since it thins the blood. My RE said not too worry.

I sure hope it is common because I have a little bit come out almost everytime with my Follisim injections. I don't have any with my Lupron injections, I guess it is the difference in needles.

Thanks everyone! It's nice to have this kind of support through this unfamiliar territory!

another helpful tip is: after you've injected all the meds. Slowly count to five before you even start to pull the needle out.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
