I am probably gonna start IVF in the next 2 months and I am really afraid of the egg retrieval process. I am terrified of the needle that will be inserted to retrieve the eggs. And for the embryo transfer, it seems like you have to do it with a full bladder. The material I was reading said you cannot go to the bathroom for 4 hrs prior and you have to lay down 1 hr after the procedure. I don't know if I can do that, since I always feel like I have to use the bathroom when I am anxious. Please tell me how painful the procedures will be. I really want a baby, but all these procedures are really scary. I have done the hormone shots before and that was tolerable.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
