Okay guys, I need help. I looked online, but no answers. So I came to the people that I rely on the most for good answers... that means you! :) For the past couple of days I have felt like I wanted to hurl, but it is just after I get done eating or late at night before I go to bed. Once I am asleep I am okay, but then I get up eat breakfast and want to puke, then I go to work and I am fine until lunch time and then I eat and want to puke again, then I go home and nibble on stuff I'm making for dinner and want to puke. Then I eat dinner and want to puke again. So basically what I am trying to say is that if I eat ANYTHING I want to puke. Help?! What could it be???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
