I went to the RE on Thursday and they did an u/s. We had decided to move on with the IUI but my doctor said we'd have to wait another cycle. I have huge cysts on both of my ovaries from being anovulatory and taking Clomid. I woke up on Friday morning with SEVERE pain on my right side. It's now Sunday and many Percacets later, the pain still hasn't gone away. Any pointers on how to get through this? Not only do I have to deal w/ the disappointment of waiting another cycle just to see if they have gone away but I am in so much pain. I've had a cyst rupture before but this is different.
Where is the good news??? It always seems to be negative :(

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I had one rupture and the pain was paralyzing. Other than that I don't know how to deal with the pain!
Sometimes I would use moist heat. If you don't have a moist heating pad, you can heat a small towel or face cloth in microwave. I put them in plastic bags if I don't want to get wet. Put that across the area that is sore. That and pain meds are your best bet.
I hope you feel better soon!
