I am wondering how long it takes for your body to get over the effects of a ruptured corpus luteum hemorrhagic cyst? I was having pain for around 1 1/2 weeks before I went to the doc and they found blood in my abdomen from the cyst. It has been two weeks and I am still sore. I am supposed to have my first IUI tomorrow, but my ovulation kits are not showing any LH surge. I have read that ruptured cysts can effect ovulation, but I am not sure if it is true. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Now when you say you are due to have your first IUI tomorrow, are you referring to the actual implantation, or the start of the med's?
PS From what I remember, cysts rupturing do affect ovulation. If I remember correctly, my ovulation was screwy for about 3 months!
