I have heard some conflicting information about how long to rest after transfer. A friend who had IVF last year was told by her clinic in San Diego to stay in bed for 3 days and only get up to use the bathroom. She had twins. The nurse at my RE's office said to stay in bed the rest of the day after the transfer. My RE said it was fine to go back to work right after the transfer. Just wondering what everyone else was told?
