On the post about what to drink I saw a lot of people said crystal light so I thought I would post this FYI...My sister was desperately trying to loose weight and went to a nutritionist. She listed everything she eats and the dr. said the worst thing on the list was Crystal light. Its all artificial sweetner and whether its fake or real calories or none sweetner effects your insulin and prevents you from loosing weight. So even diet coke, or fat free sour cream (has sugar in it!) can make it hard to loose weight. She cut out all sugar fake or real and lost 15 lbs in 2 mos!!! Totally off topic but I thought it was interesting.
