Hello I am new to dailystrength and this community. I'm glad to see that I am not alone. I feel for you women out there as well. My husband and I are ready to have a baby. I am going on 25 and I've been on and off birth control for about 10 years. I am scared. Come January I am throwing out the pills for good. I have been told not by doctors but by my peers that I will either have much trouble conceiving or I won't at all due to being on the pill for many years. The only reason I was on the pill to begin with was to regulate my period and to control the testostrone in my system that made me grow facial hair. So far the doctor says that there is nothing wrong with me however I haven't had any type of expensive tests run because of lack of funds. I am ready for any advice or facts that anyone out there has. God bless you and good luck in the making to you! Hope to hear from somebody soon!-De

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I agree with what you were told. It could go both ways. My friend stopped BCP and was pregnant a few weeks later.
But if you have other symptoms or think there is something else going on you may want to be checked.
Good luck!
