I had the same exact thing. I was on the pill for several years and came off when we started ttc. My period came like clockwork, and OPKs said that I was ovulating. After about a year, my gyno did a blood test and it showed that my levels were not high enough and that I was not ovulating on a regular basis. I guess the OPK was sensitive enough to pick up on my levels but my levels were not high enough for actual ovulation. Since your levels are normal, maybe it is a male factor. Maybe you are not ovulating every month and the month that your levels were checked was just a month that you did ovulate.
