Has anyone actually had positive number improvement by using the Progesterone? I now use the suppositories. Not as bad as I imagined. But I wonder if it will even help? I read the pamphlet and there seems to be so many side effects. I havent had any yet though.

I am starting a progesterone tablet for the first time tomorrow. I ovulate sometimes on Clomid but my progesterone level is too low, so hopefully this will help. My doc says the tablet (prometrium) is less messy than the suppository. . .

its not as messy as they make it sound. One pad is adequate. Then you can switch to a pantiliner, which is what I do later in the day. I dunno i just hope it makes the numbers better.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
