My OB (no RE available) had me do a progesterone test at 22 days. He called and said that the result was 7 and that it still indicated ovulation, but I was reading that 11 is even low.
So ladies, which is it? Is 7 ok or should it be higher? I am on 50mgs of Clomid and 1000mgs of Metformin.

I heard anything over 10 is good. Mine was 11 on cd23 of my first month of Clomid.

I heard it should be in the teens.

I was told anything over 5 indicates ovulation, but most fertility specialist like to see it at 16 on day 22 of a treated cycle. Mine was only 8 when I got pregnant. Good luck!

My RE likes it above 15 for a Clomid cycle, but she starts at a higher dose than 50 mg. Perhaps 7 indicates ovulation on one side.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
