I had my ER on Wed and it's Sunday now and I still feel like crap. I run a few times per week and I can't even think of doing ANY activity. I get winded just walking up and down my stairs when I have to a couple times in a row--and by the end of the day, my stomach is pretty swollen and very tender to the touch. I am not bleeding and am urinating (which I think is good and important)...do you think this is ok?

Yes. I had terrible cramping for days after my ER. I used the pain medication the day of the ER and the next two days I was in so much pain. It even hurt to go to the bathroom. It did start to subside on the fourth day. Hope this helps!

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
