Hi ladies,
I'm not sure if anyone read my post Sunday morning, but I had a dramatic freak out this weekend. After planning and anticipating our 4th IVF cycle, we totally messed up adding in the Gonal-f shot with the Lurpon. we did the Lupron but, not the Gonal. I woke up at 4:30am Sunday morning and started hysterically crying to my DH who also started to freak. We called the on-call RE, who called us immeditaely and he said it "should" be OK. and to just start that morning. Well, of course this wasn't enough for me and it was early and I didn't ask the right questions and I was cyring and felt bad I woke him up. I didn't liek that he used the word "should.'
So, I stalked the clinic and I just spoke to them again and was assured that it is OK and will not mess up the cycle. She said that all they need to do is make an adjustment when monitoring me that I am a day off so I may not be where they thought I would.
This is all so confusing. And even though we've done what feels like a million shots, it's still so very new to us.
Thanks everyone for listening and for your support.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I figured that is what would happen. I am glad it is all working out! :-)
