I FINALLY got a call back from my RE today. I definitely have PCOS. He is starting me on metformin and bcp, when I get af I will start clomid. He also said that the "South Beach Diet" and the new "Fertility Diet" are on in the same. He suggested that I start following a South Beach diet and start doing cardio and resistance training. I'm excited to finally have a plan! Has anyone with PCOS done this before? I'm looking for some success stories!
