ok i'm a newbie so let me start by saying i'm 26, hubby is 30. been ttc for almost 3 years. i have pcos. i had a lap cystectomy in 2005 because a large cyst made my ovary twist (torsion) and i was in a lot of pain! last year i had another lap cystectomy for an "unusual looking" cyst. i've done clomid with time intercourse (i ovulated but didn't concieve), an IUI with clomid and ovidrel (follicles grew VERY slowly and ended up with one mature but sperm count was like 4 million so didn't work), and now i'm on my second IUI. this time i took clomid 100mg cd 5-9, follistim 75 units for 5 days, and after those 5 days of follistim i had 3 mature follicles all at about 18-20mm so i did the trigger shot (ovidrel). some docs hesitate to use drugs like follistim in PCOS because it can overstimulate. but if you're monitored appropriatly it's ok. i went for sonos every other day. the IUI was on 4/17. this time his sperm count was 14 million! much better! i'll find out 5/1 if it worked. also, before i did this IUI i took BC for a month to thin out my unterine lining. PCOS can cause it to be thick and implantation is less likely to take place if the thickness isn't just right. the BC thinned my lining to about 7.5mm. they wanted it

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
