22 follicles in all
7 are measureable
5 are 12cm
2 are 14cm
Here's my questions
A normal woman of reproductive age, how many follicles does she make a cycle?
It seems my follicles are growing at different rates. They go get them at 17cm, as I understand it. What if some get there before others? Then what?
Can there be mature follicles they can't see by ultrasound? I mean, if I have 7 mature that they go and get, will there be a possibility they may find more or do they only go for what they see?
My strogen went from 500 to 1296 in three days. IS that how it normally goes or is it going way up because of the hormones?
Thanks in advance for any help!

Most woman, make 1 mature follicle a cycle. When you trigger...it matures your follicles, so they all mature at the same time. That way you have a lot...Now some are too done and some don't get done enough...that's ok. They take every egg out of each follicle...and yes, they may see some hidding in the back when they are in there for retrival. Then, they keep all the mature ones for fertilization. 22 is great. You will have a lot of eggs for ER. They want to see about 200 per each mature follie when it comes to E2. So, that is just about on...you have 7 measureable and E2 is saying you got about 7 mature. Sounds like you are heading in the right direction. Good Luck!

I can count 4 times this year when I Went out of my way to make sure a "friend" felt good on their birthday, especially if they got left hanging. Its early in the...
