Are you on clomid? If so, I had the same problem so my RE switched me to Femera. Poor endometriums are a common side effect of clomid. When I switched to femera I had a great endometrium, but I only produced one follie (boo!). Now on to IVF and I am producing tons of follies and my lining looks great. So, I imagine if things don't look better for you (amount of follies and lining), you could switch to the injectibles with IUI (I think you are doing IUI). Good luck!

not doing IUI yet, but thats next. I am on 100mg of clomid and then doing Ovidrel with timed intercourse. however one follie. this cycle has sucked for me.

ask your doc to put you on some estrogen supplement. it helped me.
