Hi everyone. I was just wanting to know if anyone has had or nows anyone thats had a c-section around 24 to 25 weeks gestation. I did and they told me not to try to get pregnant for 18 months afterward. That seems like a long time to wait. They said i needed to wait so that my uterus would have time to heal, because they had to cut so high up on the uterus. I know of women that have had a c-section and gotten pregnant a few months later with no complications. I am just wondering if it was because they had to cut me so high. I do know that a different hospital done my c-section than my regular obgyn. When i went back to my regular doctor for my 6 week check up after losing sara I asked my doctor if something was to happen that i got pregnant to early could it be dangerous on me or the baby. She said well no, but then i told her what the doc from the other hospital said she then said well i would do what they said then. I dont know what to believe. Does anyone else have any idea.
