I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I think the hardest part of IVF is the emotional part of it. Good luck on your IVF cycle you'll be fine. :)
The ER is a bit painful for some and not at all for others. ET does not really hurt, maybe a little pinching or cramping.

One thing you will find though is that many had a little bit of a different IVF experience. Youd think the process is consistent, but its not. Just make sure you have a good RE (research their records) and you will be fine! Wish you good luck.
