I was wondering for those of you who have done IVF how do you do it and work? I am a nurse and was told that IVF is not covered under FMLA. I REALLY need to work during this process, any advice? I can take a LOA for the retrival and implant, but how do you get off work for the u/s? I live almost an hour from the clinic, and they do the u/s btwn 730-830 but I work 645-715 (3 12hr shifts a week). Any advice greatly welcomed, I am so worried about losing my job!
