Sorry if this is gross but I am changing pads every 60-90 mins and am wearing two at a time because I had already had to change my jeans and underwear twice today. Is this normal after going without a period for four months? I am already on CD4 and normally by now the flow would have at least slowed by now but this is the longest i ever went without AF so I am nervous.
