Or is it something else? I ovulated a week ago and for the last 4 or 5 days I have had this REALLY bad pain by my right hip bone. Could this be ovary pain? If so, why would it hurt so much? It is more like sharp cramping than anything else, but then last night my left side started a little too. What is wrong with me? It bothers me all day, but is a lot worse at bed time. Any ideas?

are you taking any meds? I'm on clomid and have the types of pain that you describe.

Nope, no meds this month!

Hmm, no suggestions except maybe contact your doc. Good luck and let us know how you are doing.

I have gotten cysts from ovulation. It's normal to get small ones, but I've gotten pretty big ones (like 8 cm big), and every time, it's started hurting about 2 or 3 days after ovulation. It is something you should probably contact your caregiver about. And I've found that when I'm laying down, they hurt the most.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
