For anyone using injectables...remember to check your needles!!! I use the Gonal-F pen for FSH but have to use a syringe to inject my final HCG trigger shot. My injections are given subcutaneously. When ordering my 1st two cycles of meds I was given a 25 gauge 5/8 inch needle for the HCG. This last, 3rd time I ordered my meds I received a 22G X 1.5 inch needle and also a 18G X 1 inch needle!!! Yes 18 gauge!!! Both were completely wrong. I took it to my RE and showed the nurse, her eyes got huge and her mouth dropped! She showed it to all the other nurses saying "look what they sent her!" Luckily she was able to give me a few of the correct size ones to use. Had I received the 18G one from the start, not knowing any better I may have used it!!! Ouch!So my advice to anyone using injectables... check your supplies the day you get them to make sure they are correct!

I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
