Hi girls,
I've ordered some stuff from this website that does t-shirts, mugs, mousepads...basically anything you can print on...and thye have really cool stuff - for us! T-shirts that express how you feel...some examples:
"Infertility Sucks!"
"ISCI Pixie"
"My doctor knocked me up"
"Think poisitive"
'Worth the Wait"
Even things like "Top 5 things you never say to a woman going through infertility"
They also have some pretty funny cards. Anyway, the website is www.cafepress.com and you can put in a search term (I put in IVF) and it gives you a gazillion results to look through. And if there isn't one that says what you want, you can make one to say whatever you want it to say...like "Stop asking me if I have kids!" And it's not expesnive either...I think the t-shirts run around $20. You can wear them out and about or in the comfort of your home...
Me? I'm going to get the ICSI Pixie shirt and wear it to my retrieval at the end of the month! Just to give me some inner strength damnit...plus, the nurses and doctor will get a kick out of it.
I thought it was something fun and would maybe brighten someone's day...If I saw someone wearing an ICSI Pixie shirt in the supermarket, I would give them a wink.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
"Just relax and it'll happen" Yeah. Right. Bye now.
And--
My parents did IVF and all they can afford is this lousy T-shirt.
Thanks for the laugh.
