Hi ladies, the last few days have been so exciting for me! I have a positive OPK on 11/24 and then again on 11/25... normally I would be sure that I O'd, but last month I had a false positive OPK (Maybe I tested too early in the morning last month?) Anyway, I don't normally O and so I was really excited, but I also know that it could be a false positive again, if it's anything like last month...(didn't have AF for 28 days after O, so I had to take provera to stimulate AF)But I was just wondering... how do you ladies remain positive, but not give yourselves false hope? What you all do to be positive, but not unrealistic? I really hope that this'll be my little Christmas miracle, but I'm trying not to be overly confident. Please help, your advice will be appreciated!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
