HELP! Cramps/Bloating 2 days after IUI

AHHH...I'm in pain tonight. I am feeling very bloated but have been having these weird uterine cramps (feels like near the cervix throbbing and also pain near the ovaries). I'm on my 3rd cycle of follistim and haven't had this happen before...IUI was Sat/Sun...has anyone experienced this? It's freaking me out.

I forgot to say the cramping just started tonight. I had a little bit on SAT during the procedure and NONE on Sunday...why am I cramping now!??

i haven't had any pain near the cervix but have had pain in my ovaries....and severe bloating. i got overstimulated. after my trigger. i did follistim too. i just had my second IUI yesterday and my RE said to expect this to happen again (I have PCOS so I respond too well to the meds). she said it gets worse before it gets better. she said i'll be the most bloated 7 days after the trigger and it should be gone by day 10 unless pregnant. although last time when AF showed up I had cysts and was still bloated. as soon as AF got under way and I started birth control to get rid of the cysts the bloating went down. this is just my experience. i'm told it doesn't happen often. i'm extemely bloated right now too. i look 4 months pregnant! good luck. keep me posted on how you do.
remember, you could absolutely be pregnant and still feel this way.

    I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
