Good morning ladies! How are we today? I am ok! I have a couple questions! Last night I went and got a massage. As I was laying on my stomach I realized that my boobs were killing! I was almost to the point were I had to tell her to stop because I couldn't lay there anymore! I usually have pain before AF but not like that! I am on CD21. I have been doing the OPK but never got a +. Around CD8 I had CM but I didn't start testing till CD10. We did BD every other day until anout CD17. Could this be a sign of pg? I have also been so hungry all the time. My husband made a comment last night about how I have finished my dinner the past coule of nights! I usually don't do that! Also this morning I woke up feeling horrible. I took my temp and it was 98.3 which I am usually in the high 96 to low 97 range! Ok I wasn't even thinking that it could happen this month because I never got the + OPK but now I am driving myself crazy! Just so everyone knows I am not on any meds! Thanks for listening to me!!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
On another note, most massage chairs have breast pads that can be removed. My massage therapist takes them out for me as needed. His also has a belly pad that is removed and something below it that helps support a pregnant woman's belly as she grows. I can't wait to have that removed!! ;-)
My breast go up and down with my cycle, size and sensitivity/pain. But if that is not the case with you then... :-)
