We did our first round of IVF August 2007 and got pregnant with identical twin boys, unfortunatly we lost them 4 weeks ago. I am schduled to see my RE again next week to fill them in on what happened and to see what our next steps are. The last round of IVF there were 7 embryos frozen. Is it better to use fresh embryos or are the frozen ones just as good? I'm up in the air on the issue and i'm wondering if anyone has any success with FET.

Unfortunately frozen embryo transfers are characterized by impaired pregnancy outcome and increased incidence of pregnancy loss as compared with fresh IVF embryo transfers.
In most studies clinical pregnancy results about 21% of the time with frozen embryo transfer but those rates do depend on the age of the mother and quality of the embryos of course
