I am hoping you ladies can help me with this. Last year I had an ectopic (not sure if Im spelling this right) pregnancy. As a result my right tube in blocked. According to my Re, my chances of having another ectopic are greater than a person who never had it. I am hoping to move ahead with either IUI or IVF in December. My Re said if I am interested in moving forward with IUI, they have ways of figuring out which side I am ovulated and do the IUI when I am ovulating on the left side. I have a problem with this because I think I am going to be wasting time waiting for when I ovulate on my left side. My RE also said with IVF I still have a 7% chance of having an ectopic pregnancy versus a 12% chance w/out IVF. I dont understand why there is a chance of having an ectopic pregnancy w/IVF. Has anyone had an ectopic pregnancy w/IVF or know someone who it happened to? This is all new to me. This will be my first time going through fertility treatment and I am not sure what to do.

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
