we have been ttc for a year and a half. up until 2 months ago everything has been completely normal, my B/W, u/s, HSG, +opk each month- they could not find any reason for me not getting pg. well, my RE did the lap surgery on me and found that my ovaries were small and looked as if they were not producing much, my cervix is bent and stenotic, my uterus is very tilted and my tubes are in fact blocked. so i don't know what to think. he says IVF is our only option but with everything wrong i don't know if i have a shot at all. on one hand i keep thinking i have a good chance b/c there are no hormone abnormalities but on the other there is so much anatomically wrong. does it sound like i have a chance?
