Hi everyone, I am new to this board. After two blank SA's my husband's FSH was tested with a result of a 24. We are scheduling a biopsy in 2 months. I spoke with the doctor about my husband's p*t smoking and he said that it wouldn't cause the results that they are seeing but that if was smoking they might was well not even do the biopsy. He advised 60 days and my husband jumped at the chance to quit and has promised he wouldn't show any type of negative energy because of it and he has been true to his word. DH is 27. Does anyone have an idea what our chances of finding sperm through the biopsy with an FSH of 24. The doctor said 20% and that seemed low. Also, the Dr. said this could be something genetic. Is he talking about something like Klinefelter's Syndrome? All of the blood work done on me including day 3 showed everything is within normal levels. We're hoping so much to find even a few sperm to work with!
