Clueless about injectables

Girls - I'm supposed to start my first IUI with injectables next cycle. What day of your cycle do you start the meds on? I'm trying to figure out how far in advance I need to order them.

Has anyone done an IUI with injectables and had success?

Obviously, I'm want to get pregnant but on the flip side i'm worried about getting too pregnant...what are the chances of having triplets or more? Twins would be great!

I feel clueless as to whether or not this is a good idea, my doctor is a complete ass who gives me the bare bones info. I'm switching docs but the new one doesnt have an opening until december and that is just way to long for me to do nothing!!

ovidrel 250mcg - 1 syringe
Gonal f 900u/1.5 - 3 pens
Cetrotide .25mg - 7 kits

im writing from england so it may be a little different here btu i started injectables on 3rd day of cycle. gonal f they were. i injected for 12 days until my follicle was 18mm then had my hcg and after the 2ww i was pregnant. i know its a blessing to happen first time but it can! so i am starting the roller coaster again next week. !!!
over here they get you to phone the clinic on the first day of your cycle and arrange to go and pick up the drugs! good luck x

I started Gonal F (75mg)injections at 75 on day 3 after AF. For the first IUI I did them for 4 nights and on the 5th night did the ovidrel shot and had IUI next two days. The second and third IUI I started the Gonal F on the 3rd day after AF but they had me do injections for 6 nights rather then 4 as I wasn't ready on the 5th day. On the 7th night I did the ovidrel shot and had IUIs the next 2 days. Sorry about your annoying RE. I hope the next one is better. Good luck!

    theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

    I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
