my DH and I are trying to concieve, DH count is low and we are scheduled for our 2nd IUI but I've been doing weight watchers and trying to lose weight is this ok? weight watchers requires 5 servings of fruits and vegtables water and that you watch serving sizes so I'm definately not doing a crazy only eat bread diet but I am trying to lose weight when I stick with it I lose 1 lb a week? Is this ok? ovulation has been right on track with doing weight watchers so not affecting that. and my thinking is the less overweight i am at conception the better for gaining during pregnancy? please help I'm just trying to do everything right but also live life too.
